Double Draw Aces Video Poker
So far it looks like another Bonus Poker game but there is one exclusive feature to this game. If the player is dealt at least 2 Aces on the initial draw, the player can then draw two times from the deck instead of just one time. This is how the game got its name. Now, it is important to note that the cards that are discarded after the second draw will be re-inserted and shuffled back into the deck. That means you have the possibility of receiving the same card(s) again although it is highly unlikely. The double-draw is a fun feature which can help players hit the bonus payouts for Four-of-a-Kind of Aces. Where to Play Double Draw AcesThis game was developed by International Game Technology (IGT). Land-based casinos that have IGT poker games are likely to offer this game. Double Draw Aces can be found in the following IGT game-pack machine: Game King Video Poker. The Game King machine allows single and multi-denominational bets depending on the casino's configuration of the machine. The machine normally operates on a ticket in/ticket out (TITO) system. Other online video poker games that normally come included in the Game King pack are:
How to Play Double Draw AcesHave you ever played Jacks or Better? If so, playing Double Draw Aces will be a walk in the park. The rules of the game are exactly the same unless you have at least 2 Aces on the initial draw. So, set the denomination for the machine (if it is multi-denominational), insert your money and select how many credits you want to bet per hand. Press the deal button to receive your first 5 cards. No 2 or more Aces on the draw? Then just play as you usually do; hold your best cards, discard the rest and press the deal button to receive new cards. Now, if you get at least 2 Aces on the draw here's how it works:
Any payout, whether it is for the second or third draw, will be made according to the same Double Draw Aces table:
Tips and Strategy for Double Draw AcesThis game can be played with a Bonus Poker strategy, only with a few modifications. You should keep two Aces at all times unless you have 4 cards to a Royal Flush. When you keep two Aces on the first draw, you should "Take the Win" if you get at least a three-of-a-kind or better hand on the 1st draw. If you have 3 Aces on the initial draw, you should "Take the Win" if you get a four-of-a-kind on the 1st draw. After you receive your initial five cards try to match them to the highest possible card combination on the list below. Hold those cards to get the maximum payback for Double Draw Aces.
If you have none of the above cards then discard your five cards and deal for 5 new cards.
